Best of Broadway returns with new
musical production, Musical World
Sacramento area’s renowned Best of Broadway musical revue returns with its brand-new production, Musical World, at 7:30 p.m., September 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30, October 1 & 2 at
Fair Oaks Veterans Memorial Amphitheatre,
7991 California Avenue, Fair Oaks.
The fast-paced, exciting, colorful, and fun-filled production features 120 performers singing and dancing to the most memorable tunes of the Broadway stage, old and new. For the second time in its 38-year history, Best of Broadway will be performed under the evening stars in the Fair Oaks Theater Festival’s outdoor amphitheater.
The show is produced and directed by Best of Broadway’s founder, David L. MacDonald. It will be choreographed by the notable Sam Williams, Sara Rewinkle, Tonya Kageta, and Kourtney Spenser. Erik Daniells is the show’s musical director who will conduct the orchestra.
“The Best of Broadway is a must see for the Broadway musical buff and anyone who simply loves song and dance. You think ‘Americas Got Talent’ wait until you see the talent of Sacramento burst onto that stage,” stated MacDonald.
