After 40 years of playing to packed houses in Sacramento, Rocklin and Fair Oaks, Best of Broadway returns to Fair Oaks Veteran's Memorial Amphitheatre to present its 41st anniversary show as a member of the Fair Oaks Theatre Festival family. Featuring the "Best" and "Finest" show stoppers in song and dance from contemporary and traditional Broadway musicals.
It has been hailed in the Sacramento Bee as "a marvel,"
"lively," and "with a subtle message: respect yourself; do good; and dare to dream." This show is fast-paced
and full of high-spirited energy, overflowing with talent for young and old alike. A great evening of high quality entertainment for the whole family.

A Message From the Director
After directing 40 Best of Broadway productions, Dave MacDonald is taking a break. He has asked me to direct this year's show. I am extremely honored and overwhelmed. I am confident that with Dave's guidance, it will continue to have that Best of Broadway spirit.
This year's show is entitled "Limited Time, Infinite Love". It will include numbers from Sweet Charity, 42nd Street, Little Shop of Horrors, Jesus Christ Superstar, Hair, Godspell, and extensive segments from Cats, Time and more.
I hope you will all audition as I am looking forward to utilizing your talents. There will be 3 categories for auditions this year, Children (vocal and dance), Adult/Teen Vocal, and Adult/Teen Dance. Please bring your calendar/planner for the months of August and September in order to complete the audition form.
I have one huge request of you... HELP! Set building, transportation, costumes, sound, lighting etc. Please let me know what you are available to help with at any of the auditions.
